1. Identify and target potential customers in the assigned areas (JB, KL, and Melaka) to promote and sell JV Pioneer Lighting products.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our lighting solutions.
4. Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet their specific requirements.
5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to effectively position JV Pioneer Lighting in the market.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
8. Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry or related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with the JB/ KL / Melaka markets is a plus.
7. Valid driver's license and own transportation.
8. Proficiency in both English and local languages (Malay) is required.
