Technical & Store Assistant (Intern)

Responsibilities:
- 1. Provide technical support and assistance
- 2. Diagnose faults in technical and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
- 3. Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and ensure product availability through proper monitoring and coordination.
- 4. Implement regular cleaning schedules and ensure proper display arrangements.
- 5. Track product movement, update logs accurately, and minimize stock discrepancies
- 6. Record customer warranty requests, verify claim validity, and coordinate necessary actions.
- 7. Assist management with any additional tasks or support as needed.
- 8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 1. Required language(s): English and Malay
- 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- 3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- 4. Eagerness to learn and adapt
- 5. A positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
