Responsibilities:
- 1. Responsible for managing and developing existing and new customers
- 2. Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, report and adjust goals as needed.
- 3. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- 4. Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members.
- 5. Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
- 6. Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, business partners, and end users.
- 7. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.
- 8. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- 9. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- 10. To conduct sales presentations and negotiations with customers.
- 11. To identify new business opportunities, requirements, and winning strategy in the geographical regions allocated.
- 12. Other duties as assigned by the leader and manager.
Requirements:
- 1. Required language(s): English and Malay
- 2. Have a strong passion for sales and a desire to deliver results.
- 3. Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
- 4. Ability to adapt to growth in a competitive environment
