Responsibilities:
- 1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- 2. Explain the product or service to a potential customer
- 3. Handle customer questions
- 4. Record customer details (e.g., Company name, address, and others)
- 5. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- 6. Create lasting relationships with customers and use them to generate repeat sales
- 7. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirements:
- 1. Required language(s): English/Malay/Chinese
- 2. Minimum SPM holder
- 3. Minimum 1-year experience in a related field
- 4. Excellent communication skills, creative thinking skills, and good sales ability.
Qualification:
Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level , Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U
